		<description><![CDATA[Glad that you had an excellent dining experience there.  However, I have a friend in the food industry who has worked directly with the man for several hours and according to her, one of the biggest jerk chefs she has ever worked with.  A total pill apparently.  That&#039;s what happens when you make $50M when you actually didn&#039;t have the real food chops to start with but perhaps learned it over time. Read Anthony Bourdain&#039;s new book Medium Raw to get his opinion on the mercurcial rise of FN stars who really were not chefs to begin with.  Culinary school does not beget real chefs...

Will have to try Wayfarer though.  I tried Bottega even though Michael Chiarello was a royal jerk on Top Chef Masters too.  The guy does know how to cook.]]></description>
